As we grow older, our memories can become blurred and details can fade. That's why we created My Life in a Book to help parents keep track of their memories.
But memory loss is not always just a natural phenomenon of aging. In fact, nearly 5.8 million people in the US suffer from Alzheimer's disease, a neurodegenerative illness that causes irreversible memory decline, confusion and disorientation.
At My Life in a Book, we consider it an integral part of our mission to preserve the memories of each parent for future generations. That's why we donate 1% of our revenue each year to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, to support the fight for research against this disease.
